Ingredients

½ cup black tapioca pearls
3 cups water
½ cup ube jam
1/3 cup condensed milk
1 pc tea bags
½ cup hot water
2 cups crushed ice
1 pack NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream 125ml

Steps

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • STEP 1

    Simmer tapioca pearls in water for 25-30 minutes. Set aside for another 30 minutes to cool completely.

  • STEP 2

    Strain and mix with ube jam and condensed milk. Set aside.

  • STEP 3

    Steep tea bags in hot water.

  • STEP 4

    To serve, pour tapioca pearls with ube into serving glasses. Add ice and pour tea and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Serve immediately.
