STEP 1
Preheat oven at 350ᴼF (30 mins)

Mix the coffee with hot water. Add raisins to coffee mixture and set aside. (5 mins)

In a separate bowl sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside. (5 mins)

Whisk butter and 1/3 cup brown sugar in a bowl until light. Mix in NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream, eggs and vanilla. Pour into the dry ingredients mix until just combined. (10 mins)

Add raisin and coffee mixture to the batter and mix until smooth. Pour into a baking pan and bake for 30 – 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center of the pudding. (45 mins)

For the sauce, mix 1 cup brown sugar, ½ cup NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream, 1 stick of butter and salt in a sauce pan and cook over low heat stir until thick. Serve sauce on the side with the Toffee Pudding. (15 mins)
