Ingredients

MAIN DISH

3 pcs young coconut, shredded and reserve coconut water
½ cup sugar (for gelatin)
1 sachet pandan-flavored gulaman
2 pcs medium bottle white nata de coco, drained and syrup reserved
1 can lychee, drained, halved and reserve syrup
2/3 cup condensed milk (108g)
1 tsp vanilla extract

Steps

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • Prep Time 30 mins (chill overnight)
  • STEP 1

    Whisk 4 cups of coconut water, 1 cup of syrup from nata de coco, and 1 cup of syrup from lychee with sugar and gelatin. Bring to a full boil while whisking. Transfer on a pan and let it set. Cut into small cubes. (15 minutes)

  • STEP 2

    Combine gelatin with shredded coconut, nata de coco, and lychees. Pour NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, condensed milk, and vanilla. (10 minutes)

  • STEP 3

    Mix well and refrigerate overnight. Transfer into serving bowl and serve well chilled. (Overnight)
