Whisk 4 cups of coconut water, 1 cup of syrup from nata de coco, and 1 cup of syrup from lychee with sugar and gelatin. Bring to a full boil while whisking. Transfer on a pan and let it set. Cut into small cubes. (15 minutes)

Combine gelatin with shredded coconut, nata de coco, and lychees. Pour NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, condensed milk, and vanilla. (10 minutes)

Mix well and refrigerate overnight. Transfer into serving bowl and serve well chilled. (Overnight)
