Spanish Tortilla with Creamy Chicken and Tuna

Servings: 20
Preparation time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

⅓ cup butter
¼ cup minced onions
¼ cup small diced carrots
¼ cup small diced celery
¼ cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup shredded chicken
1 cup shredded tuna
1 pack NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream 250mL
15 pcs tortilla
¼ cup fried grated potato

Preparation:

  1. Saute onions, carrots, and celery in butter then add the mushrooms; add chicken and tuna. Add NESTLÉ Cream to bind it then cool it down.
  2. Heat the tortilla in oven toaster for 3 minutes.
  3. Place the prepared filling on top of the heated tortilla with fried grated potato then toast again in 5 minutes or until potato is heated. Serve hot.
