Ingredients

2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 head garlic, minced
1 pc large onion, chopped
1 cup tomato sauce
2 cups water
1 tsp dry Italian herb blend
2 sachets 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
½ tsp freshly ground pepper
1 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp grated cheese
½ kg rigatoni
½ kg peeled and deveined small shrimps
¼ cup chopped basil

Steps

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • Prep Time 20mins
  • Cooking Time 25mins
  • STEP 1

    Sauté garlic and onion in oil. Pour tomato sauce and water. Add dry Italian herb blend and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, pepper, sugar, and cheese. Set aside. (15 minutes)

  • STEP 2

    Boil pasta according to package direction. (10 minutes).

  • STEP 3

    Stir in shrimp and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream into the sauce and gently simmer. (2 minutes)

  • STEP 4

    Strain pasta and toss in the sauce with basil. Transfer on a serving plate and serve. (2 minutes)
