Sea-riously Scrumptious Seafood Casserole

Reel in your loved ones with this sea-riously scrumptious dish! Morsels of fish, clams, and shrimp swimming in pools of cream…Mmm!

chopped garlic
2 tbsp
chopped onion
1.5 kg
shrimp, shelled with tails intact
10 pcs
crab sticks (kani), shredded
1/4 cup
MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
1 cup
sliced young corn
salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a large saucepan. Sauté shrimp over high heat for 1 minute. Remove shrimp and set aside.

  2. In the same pan, add remaining butter. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant. Add young corn and sauté for another minute.

  3. Add MAGGI Oyster Sauce and NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM. Let simmer, then season with salt and pepper.

  4. Add kani, shrimp, and cook for 30 seconds more.
