Scrumptious Salmon Asparagus Swirls
When dressed with a cloak of cream, this treasure of the sea gets hearts fluttering, smiles widening, tastebuds sighing!
|1 tbsp||olive oil|
|1 tbsp||garlic, minced|
|½ cup||onions, chopped|
|1 sachet||8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®|
|¼ kg||salmon fillet, skinned and cut into bite-size pieces|
|1 ½ cups' asparagus spears|
|1 tbsp||lemon juice|
|1 pack||NESTLÉ® ALL PURPOSE CREAM 250ml|
|½ cup||parsley, chopped|
|200 g||penne rigate, cooked al denté|
|lemon wedges, for garnish|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
- Heat olive oil and sauté garlic and onions until limp.
- Stir in MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, salmon, asparagus, and lemon juice, giving a 30-second interval between each addition, one after the other. Stir in NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM and parsley, and season to taste.
- Toss gently with pasta. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm, garnished with lemon wedges.
