Savory Mock Lechon Liver Sauce

Give your meat dish extra servings of love by giving it a wash of this creamy, savory mock lechon liver sauce! 

Equipment Needed:

Ingredients:

2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
½ cup liver spread
1 pack NESTLÉ® ALL PURPOSE CREAM® 250ml
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp black pepper
Sugar to taste

Preparation:

  1. Heat olive oil. Slightly fry garlic until limp. Remove from oil and pan. Set aside.
  2. Place the fried garlic in a bowl. Combine it with liver spread, NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM and vinegar. Mix until fully incorporated.

    *Goes well with any kind of lechon.
