Savory Mock Lechon Liver Sauce
Give your meat dish extra servings of love by giving it a wash of this creamy, savory mock lechon liver sauce!
|2 tbsp||olive oil|
|1 tbsp||finely chopped garlic|
|½ cup||liver spread|
|1 pack||NESTLÉ® ALL PURPOSE CREAM® 250ml|
|1 tsp||black pepper|
|Sugar to taste|
- Heat olive oil. Slightly fry garlic until limp. Remove from oil and pan. Set aside.
- Place the fried garlic in a bowl. Combine it with liver spread, NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM and vinegar. Mix until fully incorporated.
*Goes well with any kind of lechon.
