Ingredients

1/2 kg spaghetti
1/2 kg peeled and deveined shrimp
1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 head garlic, minced
1 pc large onion, chopped
2 tsp chili flakes
6 pcs salted egg, grated
2 cups water
1 pc 250ml NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1 tbsp minced parsley (optional)
1 pc lemon, cut into wedges

Steps

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • Prep Time 35 mins
  • STEP 1

    Boil spaghetti according to package direction.

  • STEP 2

    Season shrimp with ½ sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Sauté in oil and set aside.

  • STEP 3

    Sauté garlic, onion, chili flakes, and salted egg in the same pan. Stir in water and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Season with remaining ½ sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®.

  • STEP 4

    Toss in sautéed shrimp and spaghetti. Cook for another minute.

  • STEP 5

    Transfer on a serving plate. Top with parsley (optional) and serve with lemon wedges.
