Pizza with Cream Sauce

This pizza features a rich, creamy, and cheesy white sauce. A definite mouth-watering hit for both young and old!

Ingredients:

Sauce:

1 tbsp
butter
2 cloves
garlic, minced
1 pc
small onion, minced
1 tbsp
all purpose flour
1/2 cup
water
1 pack
125ml NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1/2 sachet
8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
1/4 tsp
freshly ground pepper
1/8 tsp
ground nutmeg

Pizza:

4 pcs
tomato, sliced
1/2 sachet
8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
1 tsp
dry herb blend (optional)
2 tbsp
olive oil
6 pcs
small store bought pizza dough
1 cup
grated mozzarella
2 tbsp
grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp
sliced basil

Procedure:


  1. Sauté garlic and onion in butter. Add flour and cook for 1 minute. Stir in water and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, pepper, and nutmeg. Set aside.

  2. Season tomato with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and herb blend (optional). Place on top of pizza bread and drizzle olive oil. Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Bake in the oven for 8 – 10 minutes or until golden brown.

  3. Cut into serving pieces. Pour cream sauce, top with basil, and serve immediately.
