Ingredients

MAIN DISH

⅓ cup butter, melted
1¼ cup crushed graham crackers
¼ cup sugar
1 cup cream cheese, softened
½ cup condensed milk
2 tbsp unflavored gelatin dissolved in
¼ cup lukewarm water
2 pieces mango, cubed
1 tsp unflavored gelatin dissolved in
¼ cup lukewarm water

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • Prep Time 45 mins (chill for 4 hrs)
  • STEP 1

    Combine butter, graham crackers and sugar in a bowl. Press into a 9” inch spring form pan. Chill until set or for 15 minutes.

  • STEP 2

    In a food processor or blender, combine cream cheese, condensed milk and NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream. Add dissolved gelatin and blend until mixture is combined and smooth.

  • STEP 3

    Pour mixture into prepared crust and decorate on top with prepared mango slices.

  • STEP 4

    Drizzle on top with remaining ¼ cup of dissolved gelatin until fully covered. Chill until completely set.
