Mocha Ref Cake

It's hard to go wrong with mocha! This delectable Mocha Ref Cake is easy to make and easier to finish off.


½ tsp
NESCAFÉ® Classic
½ cup
hot water
1 cup
chocolate chips
1 tsp
vanilla extract (optional)
½ small can
condensed milk 108g
12 pcs
graham crackers, crushed
3 tbsp
butter, melted
1 tbsp
2 tbsp


  1. Dissolve NESCAFÉ® Classic in hot water and immediately add to chocolate chips. Set aside for 2 minutes. Add vanilla extract and condensed milk and mix well. Set aside to cool.

  2. Whip NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and fold into the chocolate mixture.

  3. Mix graham crackers, butter and sugar. Lightly press at the bottom of a serving container.

  4. Pour mocha cream and refrigerate overnight. Top with MILO® powder and serve well chilled.
