Imagine a dark, chocolatey sky spangled with scruptious cookies and cream...a feast for your eyes, tummies, and hearts!
Preparation Time: 30 minutes + 6 hours to chill
Serving Size:6-8 servings
|1 ½ cups graham crackers, crushed|
|¼ cup light brown sugar, packed|
|6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted|
|2 ¼ packs||NESTLÉ® ALL PURPOSE CREAM 250ml, chilled|
|2 225g||cream cheese, softened|
|1 tbsp||fresh lemon juice|
|2 tsp||vanilla powder|
|¾ - 1 cup||chocolate cream filled cookies|
- Combine Graham crackers and sugar. Add melted butter and mix until combined. Press into individual serving cups and chill for at least 15 minutes.
- Beat NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM until medium peaks form. Set aside.
- Add cream cheese, sugar, salt, fresh lemon juice and vanilla powder to a bowl and beat until smooth. Add cream cheese mixture to NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM and beat until incorporated. Gently fold in crushed cookies. Transfer to individual serving cups with a slight mound at the center. Chill for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Smoothen top and garnish with some more whipped cream and crushed cookies.
