Ingredients

Crust

1 ½ cups graham crackers, crushed
¼ cup light brown sugar, packed
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Cheesecake

2 225g cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup sugar
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp vanilla powder
¾ - 1 cup chocolate cream filled cookies

  • Prep Time 30mins
  • Chilling Time Chill Time 6h
  • STEP 1

     

    Combine Graham crackers and sugar. Add melted butter and mix until combined. Press into individual serving cups and chill for at least 15 minutes.

  • STEP 2

    Beat NESTLE ALL PURPOSE CREAM until medium peaks form. Set aside.

  • STEP 3

    Add cream cheese, sugar, salt, fresh lemon juice and vanilla powder to a bowl and beat until smooth.

  • STEP 4

    Add cream cheese mixture to NESTLE ALL PURPOSE CREAM and beat until incorporated. Gently fold in crushed cookies. Transfer to individual serving cups with a slight mound at the center. Chill for at least 6 hours or overnight.

  • STEP 5

    Smoothen top and garnish with some more whipped cream and crushed cookies.
