Ingredients

500g macaroni
3 cups NESTLÉ® Fresk Milk
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
1 tsp pepper
1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
1 cup NESTLÉ® Cottage cheese
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Japanese breadcrumbs

Steps

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • STEP 1

    Cook macaroni according to package directions.

  • STEP 2

    Prepare 1 cup each of grated Gruyere, Cottage, Cheddar, Parmesan cheese. Combine  4 cheeses with breadcrumbs. Set aside for topping.

  • STEP 3

    In another bowl, combine NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM, NESTLÉ Fresh Milk, MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, and pepper. Pour mixture over macaroni, add cheeses, and mix well.

  • STEP 4

    Transfer to a buttered baking dish. Top with cheese and breadcrumbs mixture. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350°F until bubbly and golden brown (about 25 mins).
