evaporated milk
1 cup
cornstarch
1 cup
sugar
1 ⅓
whole corn kernel
Steps

STEP 1
Combine evaporated milk, NESTLÉ ® ALL PURPOSE CREAM , cornstarch and sugar in a pan. Whisk over low heat until cornstarch is fully dissolved.

STEP 2
When mixture is smooth, thick and free of lumps, add corn kernel. Transfer into a mold. Cool, then refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
