Mango Ice Cream


2 pcs
ripe mango
2/3 cup
condensed milk, chilled
2/3 cup
evaporated milk, chilled


  1. Mash 1 pc of the ripe mango and dice the other piece. (2mins)

  2. Combine mashed mango with condensed milk and evaporated milk. Set aside. (2mins)

  3. Whip Nestle All Purpose Cream until light. Fold into the mango mixture. (5mins)

  4. Transfer into a serving container in layers with the diced mango. Freeze overnight. Scoop into serving portion and serve. (overnight)

    Note: Add toppings chopped cashew, crushed graham or crushed peanut brittle.
