Mango Graham Ice Cream Roll


1/3 cup
condensed milk
6 pcs
graham crackers, coarsely chopped (filling)
1/2 cup
evaporated milk
1 pc
ripe mango, chopped
2 1/2 cup
crushed graham crackers (coating)


  1. Combine Nestle All Purpose Cream with condensed milk, chopped graham crackers, evaporated milk and mangoes. (2 mins)

  2. Mix well and transfer into a ice plastic bag. Seal tightly and freeze overnight. (overnight)

  3. Remove from the plastic bag and coat with more crushed graham crackers. Freezer for another hour before serving. (1 hour)


    Add crushed cashew to graham crackers for the coating for more texture and flavor.

    Other fruit preserves like strawberry and blueberry may be used to replace mangoes.
