Mac and Cheese with Meatloaf

Ingredients:

150g
elbow macaroni
2 tbsp
butter
2 tsp
annatto seeds
2 cloves
garlic, minced
1 pc
small onion, chopped
1 can ¾ cup
meatloaf, small diced
½ cup
water
½ bar
cheese, grated
1 tsp
8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®

Procedure:


  1. Boil pasta according to package direction. (10mins)

  2. Combine butter and annatto seeds. Gently heat for 2 minutes. Strain and discard seeds. (3mins)

  3. Sauté garlic, onion and meatloaf in annatto butter. Stir in water, Nestle All Purpose Cream and ¾ of the grated cheese. Gently simmer. (10mins)

  4. Drain pasta and toss in the sauce. Transfer on a serving plate. Top with remaining cheese and serve. (2mins)

    Note: Alternately, pasta may be place in an oven safe container, top with more cheese or breadcrumbs and bake until golden brown.
