Langka and Cashew Graham Balls with Creamy Ube Sauce

Ingredients:

For the Graham Balls:
1 can NESTLÉ Cream 300g
¼ cup condensed milk
½ cup diced langka
1 Tbsp butter
1 ½ cup crushed graham crackers
½ cup chopped cashew nuts
¾ cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 ½ cups desiccated coconut
cooking oil for frying
For the Sauce:
1 cup water
½ Tbsp ube flavoring
½ cup sugar
½ cup ube jam
1 can NESTLÉ Cream 300g

Preparation:

Graham Balls

  1. In a pan, heat NESTLÉ Cream, condensed milk, and langka. Turn off the heat then add butter. Mix then add crushed graham crackers and nuts.
  2. Transfer in a container and chill the mixture for 1 hour.
  3. Scoop the mixture with a spoon and then mold into a ball shape. Coat the graham balls in flour, egg and desiccated coconut then fry until golden brown.

Ube Sauce

  1. Boil water, ube flavoring, and sugar in a pot.
  2. Add ube jam. Turn off the heat then add NESTLÉ Cream. Serve as dipping sauce for graham balls.
