Indulgent Chocolate Coated Ice Cream


¾ cup
Nestlé Fresh Milk
2/3 cup
condensed milk
2 cups
chocolate chips


  1. Combine Nestlé All Purpose Cream, Nestlé Fresh Milk and condensed milk in a bowl. Mix until well smooth. Set aside. (5 mins)

  2. Place chocolate chips in heat proof bowl. Place bowl on top of a pot with gently simmering water. Stir chocolate until smooth and set aside to slightly cool. (10 mins) 

  3. Pour melted chocolate inside the ice candy bag using a funnel. Spread evenly until it reaches ¾ of the bag. (5 mins) 

  4. Pour cream mixture into the plastic bag using a funnel. Tie the plastic bag and repeat with the rest of the prepared cream mixture. (10 mins)

  5. Freeze overnight. Serve.
