Fancy Dandy Salted Egg Pate
Whip out this salted egg pate at your next fancy party and have everyone oohing with delight!

Serving Size: 6-8 servings
|8||salted egg yolks|
|½ cup||chilled NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream|
|1 sachet||MAGGI MAGIC SARAP 8g|
|salt, pepper and paprika to taste|
|juice of ½ lemon or lime|
|crudités, crackers, crostinis|
- Combine salted egg yolks and cream on a food processor or a blender jar. Blend until incorporated.
- Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, salt, pepper and paprika. Squeeze in juice of lemon or lime. Process again until smooth.
- Transfer on a piping bag and keep in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- Pipe prepared paté on top of crackers and crostinis or serve on the side with crudités
