Fancy Dandy Salted Egg Pate

Whip out this salted egg pate at your next fancy party and have everyone oohing with delight!

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Serving Size: 6-8 servings

Equipment Needed:

Ingredients:

8 salted egg yolks
½ cup chilled NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream
1 sachet  MAGGI MAGIC SARAP 8g
salt, pepper and paprika to taste
juice of ½ lemon or lime
crudités, crackers, crostinis

Preparation:

  1. Combine salted egg yolks and cream on a food processor or a blender jar. Blend until incorporated.
  2. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, salt, pepper and paprika. Squeeze in juice of lemon or lime. Process again until smooth.
  3. Transfer on a piping bag and keep in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  4. Pipe prepared paté on top of crackers and crostinis or serve on the side with crudités
