Ingredients

8 salted egg yolks
1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP 8g
no measurement salt, pepper and paprika to taste
no measurement juice of ½ lemon or lime
no measurement crudités, crackers, crostinis

Steps

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • STEP 1

    Combine salted egg yolks and cream on a food processor or a blender jar. Blend until incorporated.

  • STEP 2

    Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, salt, pepper and paprika. Squeeze in juice of lemon or lime. Process again until smooth.

  • STEP 3

    Transfer on a piping bag and keep in the refrigerator until ready to use.

  • STEP 4

    Pipe prepared paté on top of crackers and crostinis or serve on the side with crudités
