Breathe new life to your pandesal with this recipe, and end up with this scrumptious dessert!

Serving Size: 10-12 servings
|8-10 pcs||regular-sized pandesal (preferably day-old)|
|1 cup||NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk|
|1 pack||NESTLÉ® ALL PURPOSE CREAM 250ml|
|3/4 cup||brown sugar|
|1 tsp||vanilla extract|
|Raisins or toasted nuts, optional|
|Combine the following and heat without boiling:|
|1 cup||NESTLÉ® ALL PURPOSE CREAM 250ml|
|1/2 cup||condensed milk (or to taste)|
|1/8 tsp||vanilla extract|
- Tear pandesal into small pieces. Arrange at the bottom of a round or rectangular glass pan.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except raisins and nuts. Whisk until sugar is dissolved.
- Pour over bread pieces. Add raisins and/or chopped nuts if desired.
- Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 30 minutes. Allow to cool before serving with vanilla sauce on the side.
