

Extra Loving One-Bowl Bread Pudding
Breathe new life to your pandesal with this recipe, and end up with this scrumptious dessert!

Ingredients:
8-10 pcs | regular-sized pandesal (preferably day-old) |
3 | eggs |
1 cup | NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk |
1 pack | NESTLÉ® ALL PURPOSE CREAM 250ml |
3/4 cup | brown sugar |
¼ tsp | salt |
1 tsp | vanilla extract |
Raisins or toasted nuts, optional | |
Vanilla sauce: | |
Combine the following and heat without boiling: | |
1 cup | NESTLÉ® ALL PURPOSE CREAM 250ml |
1/2 cup | condensed milk (or to taste) |
1/8 tsp | vanilla extract |
Preparation:
- Tear pandesal into small pieces. Arrange at the bottom of a round or rectangular glass pan.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except raisins and nuts. Whisk until sugar is dissolved.
- Pour over bread pieces. Add raisins and/or chopped nuts if desired.
- Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 30 minutes. Allow to cool before serving with vanilla sauce on the side.
