Deconstructed Strawberry Shortcake
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
|2 packs||NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream 250mL|
|¼ cup||condensed milk|
|2 tsp||lemon zest|
|2 cups||strawberry slices|
|store-bought mamon or sponge cake, as needed|
- Combine NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream, condensed milk, lemon zest and vanilla. Set aside.
- In a bowl combine strawberry and sugar until juice develops, at least 3 minutes.
- To assemble, arrange store-bought mamon or sponge cake in a dish. Layer with cream mixture and then some strawberries. Top with another layer of mamon, cream and strawberries. Finish with mamon and cover with cream.
- Decorate with more strawberries if desired. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
