Creamy Zeppo Eggs

Preparation Time: 25 minutes, including time for boiling quail eggs

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp crushed garlic
1 onion, sliced
1 carrot, cubed
1 singkamas, cubed
½ cup water
25 pieces boiled quailed eggs
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
½ cup green peas
1 pack NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream 250mL

Preparation:

  1. Melt butter. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant. Add carrots and singkamas. Pour in water and boil to tenderize the vegetables.
  2. Stir in quail eggs and season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP. Add green peas and NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream. Remove from heat.
