Ingredients

MAIN DISH

¼ kg spaghetti
¼ kg medium diced tuna
1 ½ sachets 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc small onion, minced
1 cup water
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
2 tbsp grated cheese
1 tsp minced parsley

Steps

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • Prep Time 30 mins
  • STEP 1

    Cook spaghetti in boiling water according to package directions. (15 mins)

  • STEP 2

    Season tuna with ½ sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Sauté in 1 tbsp of oil for 1 minute. Remove and set aside. (5 mins)

  • STEP 3

    Sauté garlic, onion in the same pan with remaining 1 tbsp of oil. Pour water and Nestlé All Purpose Cream. Season with remaining 1 sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and pepper. Stir in cheese. (5 mins)

  • STEP 4

    Drain pasta and toss in the sauce. Add tuna and cook for another minute. Transfer on a serving plate, top with parsley and serve. (5 mins)

    Tip: Add preferred vegetables to the sauce to make carbonara a balanced meal.
