Creamy Prawn and Fruit Salad Surprise

Servings: 6-8
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Chilling time: 1 hour

Ingredients:

1 kg prawns
salt and pepper to taste
3 eggs
⅔ cup cornstarch
1 cup vegetable oil
½ cup condensed milk
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 can NESTLÉ Cream 300g
2 cans fruit cocktail, drained
5 tsp coconut strips
black sesame, for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Season prawns with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs and cornstarch then drench the prawns for deep-fry in hot oil. Remove when golden brown and drain excess oil.
  3. In a bowl, combine condensed milk, mayonnaise and NESTLÉ Cream. Mix in the fruit cocktail and chill.
  4. Serve the fruit salad in cups and top with prawns. Garnish with black sesame.
