Creamy Prawn and Fruit Salad Surprise

|salt and pepper to taste|
|1 cup||vegetable oil|
|½ cup||condensed milk|
|1 can||NESTLÉ Cream 300g|
|2 cans||fruit cocktail, drained|
|5 tsp||coconut strips|
|black sesame, for garnish|
- Season prawns with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and cornstarch then drench the prawns for deep-fry in hot oil. Remove when golden brown and drain excess oil.
- In a bowl, combine condensed milk, mayonnaise and NESTLÉ Cream. Mix in the fruit cocktail and chill.
- Serve the fruit salad in cups and top with prawns. Garnish with black sesame.
