STEP 1
Sauté potato and carrot in 1 tbsp oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Season pork shoulder and liver separately with 1 sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Sauté pork and liver separately in the same pan. Remove and set aside.

STEP 3
Sauté garlic and onion in oil. Pour tomato sauce and water. Add pork, bay leaf, pepper, and sugar. Simmer for 45 minutes.

STEP 4
Add sautéed liver, bell pepper, green peas, hotdog, potato, and carrot. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Season with remaining sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Grate half of the cheese on the sauce and stir in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Transfer on a serving plate, grate cheese on top, and serve.

Menudo may be cooked the day before serving. Store properly and reheat just before serve for a more developed flavored dish. Add NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream just before serving.
