Creamy Mocha Frappe


Chocolate Sauce:

½ cup
chocolate chips
1 tbsp
2 tbsp
Nescafé Classic
½ cup
Milo powder
½ cup
hot water
2 cups
½ cup
condensed milk
2 tbsp
Milo powder, for topping


  1. For the chocolate sauce, place chocolate chips into a bowl. Place bowl on top of a sauce pan with gently simmering water. Melt chocolate and stir in butter until smooth. Set aside to cool. (10 mins)

  2. Whip the ½ pack of Nestlé All Purpose Cream with sugar until stiff peaks. Transfer into a piping bag and refrigerate until ready to serve. (10 mins)

  3. Dissolve instant coffee and milo powder to the hot water. Combine mixture with ice, ½ pack of Nestlé All Purpose Cream and condensed milk in a blender. Blend well until smooth. (5 mins)

  4. Drizzle chocolate sauce on the side of serving glasses. Pour cream mixture, pipe whipped cream and top with Milo powder. Serve immediately. (3 mins)
