Ingredients

¾ kg freshly ground pork
2 sachets 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
1 pc large onion, minced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup sliced mushroom
½ tbsp all purpose flour
1 cup water
1 tsp chopped parsley

Steps

  • Prep Time 15mins
  • Cooking Time 20mins
  • STEP 1

    Season ground pork with 1 ½ sachets of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Add half of the onion and mix well. Form into 1 tbsp meatballs. (5mins)

  • STEP 2

    Sauté meatballs in oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside. (5mins)

  • STEP 3

    Add garlic and onion in the same pan. Sauté for 2 minutes. Add mushroom and continue to cook for another 2 minutes. (5mins)

  • STEP 4

    Add flour and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in water and Nestle All Purpose Cream. Gently simmer and season with remaining ½ sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. (3mins)

  • STEP 5

    Add sautéed meatballs and simmer for 2 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate and top with parsley. (2mins)
