Ingredients

Crepe Batter

1 cup all purpose flour
½ tsp fine salt
2 tbsp sugar
¾ cup water
2 pcs egg
2 tbsp melted butter

Filling and Frosting

3 tbsp sugar
3 pcs 4F KitKat®, crushed well

Topping

1 pc 4F KitKat®, separated and halved

Steps

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • STEP 1

    Sift flour, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Whisk in NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream, water, eggs and melted butter. Strain and set aside for 5 minutes. (10mins)

  • STEP 2

    Preheat a non-stick pan and pour about ½ cup of the crepe batter. Swirl to spread batter evenly. Cook for 1 minute. Flip and cook for another minute. Cook the rest of the batter and set aside. (15mins)

  • STEP 3

    Whip NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream with sugar until stiff peaks. Mix in crushed KitKat®. Transfer into a piping bag. (10mins)

  • STEP 4

    Assemble crepe with filling to create layers. Cover completely with whipped cream. Decorate the top with rosettes of whipped cream and KitKat®. Freeze until ready to serve. (10mins)
