Ingredients

1 pc boneless chicken breast
4 cups water
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic
1 thumb-size ginger, minced
1 pc onion, chopped
1 ½ cups frozen green peas
¼ cup all purpose flour
½ cup picked malunggay leaves
2 sachets 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®

Steps

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • Prep Time 15mins
  • Cooking Time Cook Time 45mins
  • STEP 1

    Simmer chicken in water for 5 minutes. Strain and set aside. Shred chicken once cooled. (15mins)

  • STEP 2

    Sauté garlic, ginger, onion and green peas in oil. Add flour and cook for 2 minutes. Slowly stir in reserved chicken broth. Bring to simmer. (10mins)

  • STEP 3

    Stir in malunggay leaves and season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Transfer into a blender and carefully purée into a thick soup. (10mins)

  • STEP 4

    Pour back in the same pan and mix in NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream. Bring to a gentle simmer. (5mins)

  • STEP 5

    Transfer into serving bowls. Top with chicken and tomato. Serve immediately. (5mins)
