Creamy Ginataang Bilo-Bilo

glutinous rice powder
4 cups
1 cup
yellow sweet potato, diced
1 cup
ube, diced
1 cup
saging na saba, diced
½ cup
langka, shredded
1 cup
coconut milk
½ cup
condensed milk
1 pack
NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream 125ml
1 cup
cooked tapioca (sago)


  1. Mix glutinous rice powder with ¼ cup water to make a dough. Add water as needed. Knead until smooth. Form into ½-inch balls and set aside. (15 minutes)

  2. Combine 4 cups of water, sweet potato, and ube in a pot. Simmer for 10 minutes. (15 minutes)

  3. Add saba, bilo-bilo, and langka. Simmer for another 10 minutes. (10 minutes)

  4. Pour coconut milk, condensed milk, and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Stir in sago and bring to a gentle simmer. Transfer on a serving bowl and serve. (5 minutes)
