STEP 1
Combine cashew, raisins, dried mango, dried pineapple and rum. (5 mins)

Pre – heat oven to 350ᴼF. (30 mins)

Sift the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Set aside. (5 mins)

Whisk butter and brown sugar then mix until light. Mix in NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream and eggs. (10 mins)

Pour cream mixture and rum mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients. Mix until combined. Pour cake batter into a greased loaf pan. (10 mins)

Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center of the cake. (30 mins)

For the glaze, combine powdered sugar, NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream and vanilla extract. Mix well. (5 mins)

Pour the glaze on top of the Creamy fruit cake, set aside for 30 minutes to cool. Slice and serve. (10 mins)
