Creamy Filipino Spaghetti (Party Size)

Ingredients:

2 tbsp
vegetable oil
4 cloves
garlic, minced
1 pc
onion, minced
1/4 kg
freshly ground pork
1/2 cup
tomato sauce
1/2 cup
banana catsup
4 pcs
hotdog, sliced
1/4 cup
water
2 sachets
8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
2 tbsp
brown sugar
1 pack
250ml NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1/2 kg
spaghetti
4 tbsp
grated cheese

Procedure:


  1. Sauté garlic and onion in oil. Add ground pork and cook for 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce, catsup, and hotdog. 

  2. Pour water, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and brown sugar. Pour NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and set aside. 

  3. Boil pasta according to package direction. 

  4. Strain spaghetti and toss in the sauce. Transfer on a serving plate and top with cheese. Serve immediately. (5 minutes)

     

    Note:
    Tomato sauce may be prepared ahead of time and kept in the refrigerator. Reheat sauce and add NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream just before tossing with the pasta. Serve immediately.
