Ingredients

3 pcs yellow sweet corn on the cob, halved
1 tsp rock salt
1 bar cheese, grated
1 tbsp chili powder
1 pc lime, cut into wedges

Steps

  • STEP 1

    Simmer corn in water with salt for 10 minutes. 

  • STEP 2

    Meanwhile, mix NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream and half of the grated cheese until combined. (3 mins)

  • STEP 3

    Remove corn from the pot and carefully skewer with a bamboo stick. Spread the cream mixture all over the corn. (5 mins)

  • STEP 4

    Coat with more grated cheese and sprinkle chili powder. Serve immediately with lime wedges. (2 mins)
