Ingredients

8 pcs eggs
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 ½ tbsp prepared yellow mustard
1 tsp fine salt
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp sliced spring onion
6 sliced wheat bread
3 pcs lettuce
2 pcs tomatoes, sliced
1 pc red onion, thinly sliced

Steps

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • STEP 1

    Boil eggs in water for 12 to 15 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water. Peel and coarsely chop. (20 mins)

  • STEP 2

    Mix chopped eggs with Nestlé All Purpose Cream, mayonnaise and mustard. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Add in spring onion and mix well. (5 mins)

  • STEP 3

    Sandwich egg mixture, lettuce, tomato and onion with toasted wheat bread. Cut into serving pieces and serve slightly chilled. (10 mins)
