Combine coconut milk, NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream, brown sugar, rice flour and salt in a pan. Cook over medium heat while stirring until very thick. (30 mins)

Stir in cashew and continue to until the mixture pulls out clean from the side of the pan. (10 mins)

STEP 3
Brush a container with butter. Pour thickened mixture and set it aside until completely cooled. (5 mins)

Unmold dodol and cut into serving pieces. Serve. (5 mins)
