Creamy Curried Soup Wonder

Take spoonfuls of the flavours of exotic lands with this creamy, festive curry dish!

olive oil
5 pcs
shallots, chopped
1 tbsp
turmeric powder
2 tsp
curry powder
1/2 cup
chopped prawns
1 sachet
2 tbsp
patis or to taste
1 liter
2 pcs
kaffir leaves
1 stalk
tanglad, crushed
2 cups
cooked glass noodles
1/2 cup
chopped wansoy
1/2 cup
bean sprout
1/4 cup
fried shallots
2 pcs
siling labuyo, chopped


  1. In a sauce pan, heat olive oil. Sauté shallots, cook until limp and translucent. Add turmeric and curry powder. Stir–in prawns.

  2. Season prawns with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and patis. Cook for another 2 minutes.

  3. Pour in water, add kaffir leaves and tanglad. Bring to a boil.

  4. Lower heat and add NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM. Mix well, do not boil.

  5. To serve, arrange in a serving bowl 1/4 cup of noodles, 1 tbsp wansoy, 1/4 cup bean sprouts, 1 tbsp fried shallots and 1 to 2 pieces of chopped siling labuyo. Serve hot.
