Creamy Coffee Caramel Frappe


Caramel Sauce:

2 tbsp
¼ cup
light brown sugar
1/8 tsp
fine salt
1 tbsp
Nescafé Classic
2 tbsp
hot water
½ cup
Nestlé Fresh Milk
1/3 cup
condensed milk
2 cups


  1. For the caramel sauce, mix butter, brown sugar, Nestlé All Purpose Cream and salt in a pan. Cook over low heat while mixing continuously until smooth. Transfer into a container and set aside. (10 mins)

  2. Whip the ½ cup of Nestlé All Purpose Cream with sugar until stiff peaks. Transfer into a piping bag and refrigerate until ready to serve. (10 mins)

  3. Dissolve instant coffee in hot water. Pour into a blender and add Nestlé Fresh Milk, condensed milk, ice, Nestlé All Purpose Cream and 3 tbsp of prepared caramel sauce. Blend until smooth. (5 mins)

  4. Drizzle prepared caramel sauce on the side of serving glasses. Pour cream mixture, pipe whipped cream and top with caramel sauce. Serve immediately. (3 mins)
