Ingredients

3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
¼ cup chopped onions
1 tbsp sliced ginger
1 kg chicken cut-ups
½ cup water
1 tbsp patis, or to taste
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
1 cup cubed potatoes
½ cup diced green bell pepper
½ cup diced red bell pepper
1 cup NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream
1 ½ tsp curry powder
no measurement salt & pepper to taste
no measurement siling labuyo

Steps

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • STEP 1

    Heat oil, sauté garlic, onions and ginger until limp. Add chicken and cook until it changes color.

  • STEP 2

    Add water and bring to a boil. Season with patis and MAGGI MAGIC SARAP.

  • STEP 3

    Add the rest of the ingredients and NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream and continue simmering until chicken is completely cooked and sauce thickens, about 20 minutes.

  • STEP 4

    Season to taste.
