Ingredients

½ kg freshly ground beef
½ tsp freshly ground pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 – 4 pcs burger buns, toasted
2 pc tomato, sliced
3 – 4 pcs lettuce leaves

Cheese Sauce

½ bar cheese, grated

Steps

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • STEP 1

    Season beef with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and pepper. Mix well and divide into 3 – 4 portions. Form into patties and set aside. (5mins)

  • STEP 2

    Combine Nestle All Purpose Cream and cheese in a sauce pan. Gently simmer while mixing until smooth. Set aside. (5mins)

  • STEP 3

    Preheat oil in a pan. Pan sear beef patties for 2 -3minutes per side. Set aside. (10mins)

  • STEP 4

    To assemble, place tomato and lettuce on the bottom part of the bun. Place freshly cooked burger and pour cheese sauce on top. Cover with the top bun. Serve immediately. (5mins)

Tips For This Recipe

  1. Annatto seeds may be used to color the cheese sauce orange.

  2. Other toppings for burger include onion, mushrooms, coleslaw and bacon.
