Ingredients

¾ kg thinly sliced beef
2 sachets 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 tbsp butter
1 head garlic, minced
1 pc large onion, cut into strips
2 cups sliced button mushroom
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups water
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp minced parsley

  • Prep Time 15mins
  • Cooking Time Cook Time 25mins
  • STEP 1

    Season beef with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and pepper. Sauté in oil in batches until golden brown. Remove and set aside. (10 minutes)

  • STEP 2

    Sauté garlic, onion, and mushroom in butter using the same pan. Add flour and cook for 1 minute. Stir in water and bring to simmer. (10 minutes)

  • STEP 3

    Add sautéed beef, soy sauce and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Stir in parsley, transfer on a serving plate and serve. (5 minutes)

This was a hit with the fam! We used beef sukiyaki cut, which could be fatty so make sure to drain the excess oil before adding the cream or it will be too oily. Since it’s cream based I only make this once in awhile. If you’re on keto like me, this is a perfect dish for that. Thanks!
