Ingredients

¾ kg thinly sliced beef
2 sachets 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 tbsp butter
1 head garlic, minced
1 pc large onion, cut into strips
2 cups sliced button mushroom
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups water
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp minced parsley

Steps

  • Prep Time 15mins
  • Cooking Time Cook Time 25mins
  • STEP 1

    Season beef with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and pepper. Sauté in oil in batches until golden brown. Remove and set aside. (10 minutes)

  • STEP 2

    Sauté garlic, onion, and mushroom in butter using the same pan. Add flour and cook for 1 minute. Stir in water and bring to simmer. (10 minutes)

  • STEP 3

    Add sautéed beef, soy sauce and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Stir in parsley, transfer on a serving plate and serve. (5 minutes)
