Creamy Baked Macaroni

Add a new level of richness to your Baked Macaroni by making it creamier. Delectable, melt-in-your-mouth goodness in every bite!

Ingredients:

2 tbsp
vegetable oil
6 cloves
garlic, minced
1 pc
onion, minced
1/4
freshly ground pork
1 cup
tomato sauce
1 cup
banana catsup
1 cup
water
2 sachets
8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
2 tbsp
brown sugar
400g
elbow macaroni
1 pc
250ml NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
4 tbsp
grated cheese

Procedure:


  1. Sauté garlic and onion in oil. Add ground pork and cook for 5 minutes. Pour tomato sauce, catsup and water, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and brown sugar. (20 minutes)

  2. Boil macaroni according to package direction. Strain macaroni and toss in the sauce. Transfer into a baking dish. (10 minutes)

  3. Pour NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and grate cheese on top. Bake in an oven or toaster until top is golden brown. Serve warm. (10 minutes)

     

     

    Notes:
    - Elbow macaroni may be replaced with cooked lasagna sheets.
    - Pasta may be replaced with fried or roasted eggplant.
