Ingredients

2 tbsp vegetable oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc onion, minced
1/4 freshly ground pork
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup banana catsup
1 cup water
2 sachets 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
2 tbsp brown sugar
400g elbow macaroni
1 pc 250ml NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
4 tbsp grated cheese

Steps

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • Prep Time 20mins
  • Cooking Time 40mins
  • STEP 1

    Sauté garlic and onion in oil. Add ground pork and cook for 5 minutes. Pour tomato sauce, catsup and water, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and brown sugar. (20 minutes)

  • STEP 2

    Boil macaroni according to package direction. Strain macaroni and toss in the sauce. Transfer into a baking dish. (10 minutes)

  • STEP 3

    Pour NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and grate cheese on top. Bake in an oven or toaster until top is golden brown. Serve warm. (10 minutes)

Tips For This Recipe

  1. Elbow macaroni may be replaced with cooked lasagna sheets.

  2. Pasta may be replaced with fried or roasted eggplant.
