Creamy and Sunny Pininyahang Manok
The fresh, sunny flavours of juicy pineapple bursting through beds of cream will warm their hearts, like the carefree joys of a summer's day!
|2 tbsp||cooking oil|
|1 tsp||minced garlic|
|1 tbsp||chopped onion|
|½ kg||chicken cut-ups|
|1 sachet||8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®|
|234g||pineapple chunks with juice|
|1||medium red bell pepper sliced|
|1/3 pack||NESTLÉ® ALL PURPOSE CREAM 250ml|
- Heat oil, sauté garlic and onion until limp. Stir-in chicken and cook until chicken turns white in color.
- Add MAGGI MAGIC SARAP. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add in pineapple chunks and juice. Bring to a boil.
- Pour in water and continue cooking for another 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
- Add bell pepper, cook for another 3 minutes. Pour in NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM and remove from heat. Mix well until cream is fully incorporated with the sauce. Serve immediately.
