Ingredients

1 can lychee in syrup, drain, cut into quarters and reserve syrup
1/3 cup water
¼ cup sugar
1 tbsp gulaman powder
½ tsp almond extract
½ cup condensed milk
6 pcs cherry

Steps

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • STEP 1

    Combine lychee syrup and water to make 2 cups. Pour into a sauce pan and stir in sugar, gulaman powder and almond extract. Bring to a gentle simmer. Pour into a container to set. (15mins)

  • STEP 2

    Mix NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream and condensed. (5mins)

  • STEP 3

    Cut almond jelly into cubes. Add to cream mixture with lychee. Mix well and refrigerate overnight. (5mins)

  • STEP 4

    Serve well chilled with cherries on top. (5mins)
