Preparation Time: 30 minutes
|1 can||NESTLÉ Cream 300g|
|¼ cup||Japanese mayo|
|Juice of 1 lemon|
|1||large yellow bell pepper, minced|
|1||large red bell pepper, minced|
|1 sachet||8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP|
|½ cup||grated cheddar cheese|
|2 tbsp||cooking oil|
|2 cups||shredded crab meat (store-bought)|
|¼ cup||chopped cilantro|
|Bagels or toast|
1. In a bowl, combine NESTLÉ Cream, Japanese mayo and lemon juice. Stir well to fully incorporate.
2. Toss in bell peppers and season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP. Add cheese. Set aside.
3. Heat oil, sauté onions then add crab meat. Remove crab meat from oil and combine with the prepared dressing.
4. Transfer on a serving dish and serve as dip or filling for bagels and toast
