Ingredients

1 sachet NESCAFÉ Creamylatte
¼ cup hot water
12 pcs egg yolks
1 cup condensed milk
½ tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp fine salt
6 tbsp sugar

  • STEP 1

    Dissolve NESCAFÉ Creamylatte in ¼ cup of hot water. Set aside. (5mins)

  • STEP 2

    Mix egg yolks with Nestlé All Purpose Cream, condensed milk, vanilla and salt and dissolved coffee. Set aside. (5mins)

  • STEP 3

    Prepare 2 large lyanera. Add 3 tbsp sugar per lyanera. Slowly melt sugar over low heat until golden brown. Set aside. (10mins)

  • STEP 4

    Strain cream mixture into the lyanera. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and steam for 25 minutes. Set aside to cool completely. (30mins)

  • STEP 5

    Refrigerate overnight. Unmold into a serving plate and serve well chilled. (2mins)
