Coffee Jelly Salad


1 tbsp
(15g) unflavored gulaman powder
3 cups
1 1/2 tbsp
Nescafe classic
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp
brown sugar
1/3 cup
(108g) condensed milk


  1. Mix gulaman powder with water, coffee, and sugar in a pot. Stir and bring to simmer. Pour into a container. Set aside to cool. Cut into ½-inch cubes. (15 mins)

  2. Combine Nestlé All Purpose Cream and condensed milk. (2 mins)

  3. Add coffee jelly. Mix well and refrigerate overnight. Serve well chilled. (overnight)
