4 pcs eggs, separated
1 pack NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream 125ml
¾ cup water
¼ tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp fine salt
¼ cup sugar
2 tbsp butter

  • Prep Time 40 minutes
  • STEP 1

    Whisk egg yolk, NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, water, and vanilla. 

  • STEP 2

    Sift cake flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix in the wet ingredients until smooth.

  • STEP 3

    Whip egg whites until fluffy. Gradually add sugar while whisking until soft peaks. Fold into batter until just combined.

  • STEP 4

    Melt butter in a non-stick pan and pour 1 ladleful of pancake batter and cook for 2 -3 minutes per side. Transfer into a serving plate and serve immediately with preferred toppings.
