Ingredients

¼ cup bittersweet chocolate, chopped
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 pack NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream 125ml, chilled
2 tbsp sugar

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • STEP 1

    Place chocolate in a heat proof container. Place over a pot with gently simmering water. Stir until melted. Stir in vanilla. Set aside to cool. (10 minutes)

  • STEP 2

    Whip NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream until light and fluffy. Gradually whisk in sugar and whip until stiff peaks. (10 minutes)

  • STEP 3

    Fold in whipped cream to melted chocolate. Refrigerate until use. (2 minutes)
