Chocolate Mousse

Notes:

  • Chocolate mousse may be used as filling, frosting, or as a dessert.
  • Top with ingredients like chopped nuts, marshmallows, fruits, or more chocolate shavings.

Ingredients:

¼ cup
bittersweet chocolate, chopped
½ tsp
vanilla extract
2 tbsp
sugar

Procedure:


  1. Place chocolate in a heat proof container. Place over a pot with gently simmering water. Stir until melted. Stir in vanilla. Set aside to cool. (10 minutes)

  2. Whip NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream until light and fluffy. Gradually whisk in sugar and whip until stiff peaks. (10 minutes)

  3. Fold in whipped cream to melted chocolate. Refrigerate until use. (2 minutes)
